Quality Policy Statement

Rashid Contracting Establishment (RCE)is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services that meet or exceed their expectations. As part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Also, Rashid Establishment for Asphalt Plant will maintain a quality management system that conforms to the ISO 9001 standard.

We will ensure that our customers receive quality products and services that meet or exceed their expectations, including prompt and efficient response to their ongoing needs, ensuring an ever-improving high level of customer satisfaction.

Through active commitment and accountability, the Management Team will provide direction and ongoing support for our Quality Management System performance. Rashid Contracting Establishment, and its subsidiaries provides the controlled framework required to ensure regular reviews of the quality policy and objectives, their continual suitability and the effective operation of the organization.

Health Safety & Environmental Policy Statement​

Rashid Contracting Establishment (RCE) and it business support subsidiaries are committed of protecting the earth’s vital resources and promoting sustainable economic development. Our guiding principles incorporate health, safety and environmental performance into our business operating strategy to ensure we are accountable to our employees, customers, key stakeholders and the communities within which we operate.

As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees and to the environment, Rashid Contracting Establishment (RCE)and it business support subsidiaries  will maintain an environmental management system that conforms to the ISO 14001 standard and applicable codes, guidelines and standards recommended by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other relevant classification societies and the Saudi Arabian General Environmental Law by Royal Decree, No. M/34 of 2001


 

 

Leadership

Through actionable commitment, management will provide the direction and ongoing support for our health, safety and environmental performance, including safe practices in our general operations through the development and implementation of a written safety management system and safe operating procedures that applies to all levels of the organization, including all plant and crusher locations.

Accountability

By defining levels of authority and lines of communication throughout all levels of the organization, between and among the personnel, both management and employees are responsible and accountable for the effectiveness of our health, safety and environmental management system and are required to work in a safe and sustainable manner.

 

Conservation

We will improve the efficient use of natural resources, including energy, and use innovative design and engineering to reduce the environmental impact of our processes and products.

Prevention

We will seek ways to eliminate pollution generated at the source and to prevent the release of substances that can cause harm to air, water, land and, in particular, the desert and marine environment, including using oil-pollution-prevention equipment and procedures. To ensure safety in our plants, we will evaluate, control and/or remove all foreseeable hazards that may result in accidents, personal injury/illness, fires, security losses or other property damage.

 

Compliance

Rashid Contracting Est.is committed to all applicable health, safety and environmental laws and regulations, standards and requirements, particularly the industry accepted safety codes, to which we subscribe. Contracted personnel must meet or exceed all health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and company requirements applicable to their scope of work, including instructions and procedures to ensure safe operation of plants and fleet and the protection of the environment in compliance with relevant international, national laws and codes
